Do you have child turning 4 years old before December 31, 2018? If so, they are eligible to start school this September.
Registration Steps
1. Please click the above image to register your child for school
2. You will be directed to the OCDSB Website
3. Create an account first, then you will have access to the registration form
4. Check your email and confirm your email address verification
5. Click Student in the upper left corner, Online Forms
6. Select OCDSB 2018-2019 JK/SK Registration Form or
7. Selected the regular Registration Form, please make sure you select the correct school year. If your child is starting school in September, you must select 2018-2019
OTHER PARENT/OTHER CONTACTS - When you have completed adding the information about the primary parent/contact there is a button that says ADD ANOTHER, please add additional parents and emergency contacts here.
DO NOT FORGET - When you get to the bottom of the form you must hit SUBMIT on the bottom right, otherwise your submission will not be sent to Jack Donohue P.S. for processing.
Once you have submitted your online registration, please come by the school with your child's birth certificate or passport & proof of residence to finalize your registration.
